Not every flange is in a table. Equipment nozzles, imported valve interfaces and replacement parts often need a bolt circle, a hub profile or a facing that no standard covers. We machine to your drawing and agree the inspection plan before the first chip is cut.
Non-standard bolt circles, slot patterns and tapped holes; conical or stepped hubs; reducing bores; double-faced and adapter flanges.
Sizes from DN10 to DN6000, outside diameter 75–2190 mm, thickness 12–58 mm and heavier on request.
Send the drawing or a dimensioned sketch with material, quantity, face type and any pressure-test requirement. If a standard can be used instead, we will say so — it is usually cheaper.
Where the part is a replacement, a 3D scan of the existing flange can be used to rebuild the drawing.

Long-hub WN flange butt-welded to pipe, for high pressure and cyclic service.
Specifications
Rotating loose flange used with a stub end — easy bolt-hole alignment and cheap to replace.
Specifications
Plate flange slipped over the pipe and fillet-welded both sides — the economical standard flange.
